Clement F. Kusiak Fellowship honors supporters of youth development
What is a Clement F. Kusiak Fellowship?
The fellowship was created in 2005, is named in honor of MD22’s Past International President, Clement F. Kusiak. The fellowship was established
as LYF’s highest form of recognition to acknowledge an individual’s dedication for the benefit of programs benefiting our youth.
When individuals, club or districts donates $250 to LYF for a Clement F. Kusiak Fellowship, an embossed certificate and bronze pin is presented to the specific individual.
The recipient being honored does not have to be a Lions member
Progressive Clement F. Kusiak Fellowship
Many Clement F. Kusiak Fellows further their commitment to humanitarian causes relating to
youth programs by participating in the Progressive Clement F. Kusiak Fellowship Program. Lions clubs and districts also participate by making donations in the name of an individual who is already a Clement F. Kusiak Fellow.
For an additional Gift of $250, a silver pin will be presented in addition to an inscribed plaque and $500, with a gold pin. For an additional $1,000 donation, fellows receive a lapel pin adorned with a diamond to the level of the Progressive Clement F. Kusiak program.
